Mediation ​
Mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral, trained mediator helps participants in a civil dispute—such as a contract disagreement, landlord-tenant conflict, relationship mitigation—work together to reach a mutually acceptable settlement. Unlike a court trial, the mediator does not serve as a judge, does not make any decisions, and does not give legal advice. The process is confidential, less formal, and can often resolve disputes faster and more cost-effectively than going to court. As a mediator, I remain neutral and impartial while working to guide the conversation to help participants identify issues, explore options, and develop their own solutions.

Decluttering Consultation
Depending on your needs, I am happy to do a site visit at your location before your appointment and/or you are welcome to send pictures of the space you would like to make sense of. At that time, we can determine the scope and desired timeline of your project. Based on that evaluation, we can schedule your appointment at that time or get started immediately!
